We took over the Royal Thai restaurant in Stony Stratford in December 2009 after it had been closed for 6 months by the previous owners. Having had little experience of running a restaurant in the past, we immediately recruited a top flight Head Chef from a 5 star hotel in Bangkok and a Starter Chef with similar experience in the North of England. These were joined by our daughter (Assistant manager) and her husband (2nd. Chef) who at the time had their own restaurant business,

Our mission statement when we opened the restaurant was, and still is:-

To provide the very best authentic Thai cuisine in Milton Keynes

To create a relaxed and informal atmosphere where customers can enjoy an unhurried and pleasurable dinning experience.

We are pleased to say, that based on the feedback from our customers, we have achieved both our objectives and we would like to thank everyone for their support since we opened.
